COVID 19 – 9th June Travel Update
Tours Suspended June & July 2020
Since 1993, we have been taking independent travellers on unforgettable adventures around Scotland. The world has changed a lot since then, and we’ve evolved and adapted along the way. Right now, this is more important than ever.
Following the recent government advice around COVID-19, we have made the decision to suspend our June & July tours. As travellers ourselves, we understand the impact of these changes to your travel plans, but the safety of our teams, our passengers and the wider public will always be our priority.
It is our mission to ‘Create Tartan Hearts’, and this is just a temporary break from what we do best. When it is safe to travel again, we will be back with more #DeepScottishLove than ever, and we want you to be right here with us.
- We will contact those people affected by June & July suspended tours directly.
- For bookings after the 30th of July, you can change your tour dates up to 30 days before your tour departs at no charge and after that normal terms and conditions apply.
- For deposit only bookings, you can transfer your deposit to another tour or departure date free of charge or choose a Flexi-Deposit.

Whatever you decide, Scotland will be here for you, and so will we.
Enhanced Hygiene Protocols and Personal Responsibility – COVID-19 Warning
In this new, fast changing Covid-19 era, we are doing all we can to adapt to new requirements and expectations, given the disruption caused. Read more about the important new steps and procedures that we have implemented to enhance hygiene protocols, to comply with physical distancing requirements by relevant government authorities and to give you peace of mind when you are travelling during these new times.
We have taken these enhanced hygiene protocols – for you, our other guests and our team members.
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the UK Government, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable.
We ask that you please take personal responsibility for your wellbeing. This begins with packing any personal protective equipment and sanitisers you require. Please adopt physical distancing and hygiene practises throughout your pre-trip travel arrangements and follow all health instruction whether physical signage or requests from our professional staff, once you are holidaying with us.
In choosing to travel with HAGGiS Adventures, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
Let’s help keep each other safe and healthy.
