"If you want to get the full Scottish experience, meet incredible people from around the world and have the best guides you should totally book with these guys. I did the 10 day tour and had a blast and ended up feeling Scottish."
GREAT GLEN ADVENTURE
We meet at 10am in Fort William before we start our adventure and head into the wild. An epic mountain bike trail with stunning views of mountains, lochs and bridges sets us up for wild swimming in the afternoon. After a hot shower at the campsite it’s time to admire the star-filled skies and relax.
From bike to boat. Today we canoe from Loch Oich to Fort Augustus. Your guide will mesmerise you with gruesome clan stories from the past, before we pull up at Loch Ness for the evening and experience true Highland hospitality at Morag’s Lodge hostel.
Today we take the kayaks and explore famous Loch Ness. This long stretch of mysterious water is surrounded by stunning mountains. We pass the dramatic ruins of Urquhart and continue our day of monster hunting
Today we’re back on the water. Tackle the remaining stretch of Loch Ness by kayak or canoe and enter Inverness in style. You travelled 73 miles of the most awesome Scottish landscapes, so it’s time to relax at the Old Castle Tavern.
In 2011 HAGGiS Adventures teamed up with 'Trees for Life', a Scottish charity specifically dedicated to restoring 1,000 square miles of self-sustaining, wild, Caledonian Forest with the aim of helping Scotland 'Stay Wild'. We have pioneered an Eco Scheme where you can make an optional £2 donation when booking any tour. We will match every pound you donate, with proceeds going to the Trees for Life.
We’ll show you the best of Scotland’s wild side, and help you find yours too. The stories of your life are here in Scotland. We cannae wait to show ye!
