Loch Ness, Glencoe and Beyond....
Loch Ness lies deep in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.
Today you get the chance to hunt for Nessie yourself. Our journey passes historic and imposing Stirling Castle, skirting the Trossachs made famous by Rob Roy, as we head north into the Highlands.
Stunning mountain views unfold over haunting Rannock Moor. Next stop is dramatic Glencoe, scene of the infamous massacre. Then onto Fort William, past mighty Ben Nevis (Britain's highest mountain) through the Great Glen to Loch Ness.
After lunch in Fort Augustus, you have the option to take a *boat trip on Loch Ness, explore or simply relax in this beautiful Highland Village.
Our return journey passes through 'Monarch of th Glen' country past shimmering Loch Laggan and over the wild and lonely Drumochter Pass.
We enjoy views of the Forth Bridge arriving in Edinburgh around 8.30pm in the evening.
Please note this is a long day out with lots of driving (320 miles/520 Kilometres of driving). It is strongly advised that this tour is not suitable for young children
