Remember, if you are flying in on the day of your tour, please check with the airport website as transfer times to Victoria vary.  The most convenient airport for the HAGGiS office is Gatwick where you can transfer by train in 30 minutes on the Gatwick Express (the local train is much cheaper but takes about 15 minutes longer).  It's advisable not to book flights to arrive/depart on the first or last day of your tour as we can't guarantee our arrival times and neither can the airlines - missing a flight is such a headache!

These times are guides only - check with the airport you're flying in to and give yourself as much leeway as you can.  London has more than enough pubs, bars, cafes and museums for you to while away a couple of spare hours.

BY Bus

Try Eurolines and National Express

You can book your National Express coach tickets between Edinburgh and London at an exclusive HAGGiS rate.  When you pay for the National Express through HAGGiS you will receive an e-ticket with your voucher ID, Security Code and directions to the National Express Website where you will book your departure date and time.

By Train

The train is generally more expensive than the coach but it's a quicker journey. Try to book as far in advance to get the Super Apex/Apex fares - a great saving on the normal fare price, and available under certain conditions. If your train doesn't arrive in to Victoria Station, check out the Transport for London website for the lowdown on tube and bus connections.
